I approach intercultural communication from a broad perspective because there is no common definition of culture. Nationality, ethnicity, religion, race, gender, geography, socio-economic background, work and lifestyle, are some of the key attributes I associate with culture. I look forward to learning how you define culture in your organization, family, or community and working with you to creatively address the challenges you are facing.  

Whether it is coaching or consulting in effective intercultural communication that interests you, I will partner with you to design an engagement that is tailored to your needs, flexible in its approach and focused on your goals. My approach is adapted from proven practices in intercultural management, organizational behavior, professional coaching science, and my own life experience.

• 15 years leading and facilitating the design, development and growth of a post-graduate leadership initiative that educated individuals from over 30 countries.
• 10+ years of impactful collaboration with intercultural and interfaith practitioners to promote bridge-building between communities.
• Member of the DEIBJ Committee, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Upstate New York Chapter.
• Served in Senegal for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer where I honed my skills in intercultural competency and practiced intercultural communication on a daily basis.
• I live an intercultural life. I’m American, and my husband is Senegalese. I've worked through many challenges pertaining to our cultural differences, and bring this deeply-lived experience to my coaching and consulting practice.
