• My coaching process involves an initial consultation in which we meet, I listen to your needs and goals and you get to know me to determine whether we will be a good fit.
• If you decide to move forward, I will share a coaching agreement that outlines the terms of our coaching engagement per our consultation, which includes complete confidentiality about what is discussed during our coaching sessions.
• The coaching agreement will also include the cost, timeframe for the engagement and a plan for scheduling sessions.
