• One-on-one and team coaching through individual sessions or packages. 
• My coaching process involves an initial consultation in which we meet, I listen to your needs and goals and you get to know me to determine whether we will be a good fit.
• ·If you decide to move forward, I will share a coaching agreement that outlines the terms of our coaching engagement per our consultation, which includes complete confidentiality about what is discussed during our coaching sessions.
• The coaching agreement will also include the cost, timeframe for the engagement and a plan for scheduling sessions. 

• Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited through the International Coaching Federation. Completed 7-month ICF-certified coaching education program at Awaken Coach Institute.
• 100+ hours coaching business, nonprofit, educational, public sector leaders and professionals.
• 25+ years of professional experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector partnering with 100+ leaders and practitioners to address their challenges and achieve their goals.
