I approach cultural attunement practices from a broad perspective because there is no common definition of culture. Nationality, ethnicity, religion, race, gender, geography, socio-economic background, work and lifestyle, are some of the key attributes I associate with culture. I look forward to learning how you define culture and working with you to creatively address the challenges you are facing.  

I will partner with you to design a coaching or group engagement that is tailored to your needs, flexible in its approach and focused on your goals. My approach is adapted from proven practices in intercultural research, organizational behavior, professional coaching science, and my own life experience.

• Designed and facilitated 2 "Becoming a Culturally-Attuned Coach" Workshops for the International Coaching Federation. 
• Designed and developed a post-graduate interfaith bridge building initiative that educated leaders from over 30 countries.
• 10+ years of impactful collaboration with intercultural and interfaith practitioners to promote bridge-building between communities.
• Member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, Justice Committee, ICF Upstate New York Chapter.
• Community Development Volunteer, Peace Corps, Senegal.
