I bring my lifelong passion for connecting with people from different backgrounds and serving the greater good to my coaching practice.
With 25+ years of experience as a professional leader in philanthropy and nonprofit management, I have advised diverse changemakers, helping them envision innovative pathways for achieving impact in society.
As a coach, I help my clients envision fresh and creative approaches for accomplishing personal, professional, leadership and life transition goals.
I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received my professional coaching education certification from Awaken Coach Institute, an ICF-Accredited Coaching Education Program.
I'm passionate about intercultural coaching because I live an intercultural, interfaith, and interracial life. I am Jewish American, and I'm married to a Seereer Senegalese man, whose family is Muslim and Catholic. Throughout my 24-year marriage, I've had to work through many challenges pertaining to our cultural, religious, and racial differences, and bring this deeply-lived experience to my coaching practice.
Professionally, I managed a global interfaith bridge-building initiative that educated Christian, Muslim, Jewish and Buddhist leaders from over 30 countries. At the beginning of my career, I lived in a Seereer-Muslim community for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, where I was trained in intercultural competency and grassroots community development.
At SoftEarth Insights, I co-create a space with you that is empowering, empathetic, growth-oriented and reflective.
